Shipping policy
At Áine & Co., we strive to make your wedding dress hire experience as seamless and stress-free as possible. Whether you choose to collect your dress in person or have it delivered, we ensure every gown is handled with the utmost care.
1. Delivery Options
We currently offer two options for receiving your hired dress:

Studio Collection: Collect your dress from our Áine & Co. studio at your scheduled appointment time.

Courier Delivery: Nationwide delivery within Ireland is available for an additional fee. Delivery depends on the dress, location, and hire date — please confirm this option when booking.
2. Delivery Timing

Dresses are dispatched 1–2 days before your hire period to ensure arrival in time for your event.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

We recommend that someone is present to sign for the delivery to ensure the dress is safely received.
3. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery (within Ireland): €15–€25, depending on location.

Express delivery (next-day service): €30 (available on request, subject to availability).

All delivery fees are non-refundable once the dress has been dispatched.
4. Returns by Post
If returning your dress by post or courier:

The dress must be shipped back on the next business day after your event using the prepaid return label provided (if applicable).

Ensure the dress is securely packaged in its original garment bag and box.

Obtain proof of postage or a tracking receipt — Áine & Co. cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed returns without tracking.
