Can I try an item on?
Absolutely! Book a try-on appointment at our studio in Bundoran, Co. Donegal. A €15 fee secures a 30-minute time slot, giving you the chance to try on designer dresses with a member of our team on hand to assist. The appointment fee is redeemable against any rental bookings made on the day.

How do I place an order?
Renting an item is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Browse our collection – Explore our range of products and find the perfect piece.
  2. Check availability – Use the calendar on the product page to see when your chosen item is available.
  3. Add to your cart – Select your item and add it to your cart.
  4. Choose your delivery method – Pick up your item in our studio in Bundoran or have it conveniently delivered to your door via DPD.

How can I check if an item is available?
You can easily see the availability of each item on our calendar. We do our best to keep everything up to date, so you always know what's in stock and ready for you.

My rental doesn't fit me – what should I do?
It's important to choose a size that matches your measurements. We recommend taking accurate body measurements and comparing them with the designer's size guide to ensure the best fit. Keep in mind that sizing can vary between brands, so checking the designer's guidelines and the product listing for fit details is always helpful.

If you're unsure about the fit, we suggest booking an appointment at our showroom to try the item on in person. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund or credit note for items that don't fit, as they cannot be rented to another customer for your selected dates.

Can I alter my rental?
Unfortunately, alterations are not available for rental items.

Do I need to clean my items before returning them?
No! Please do not attempt to clean your rental item during your rental period, as this could result in a damage charge. Our professional cleaning team will take care of any stains.

How does in-studio collection work?
If you choose to collect your item from our studio, it will be ready for pickup on the start date of your rental. Items must be returned to the studio on the last day of your rental, simply drop it back at your convenience on that day.

How do postage returns work?
If you chose DPD shipping, your rental box will include a prepaid returns label. Simply place the item back in its original box, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest DPD Drop Point by 12 noon on or before your return date.

Make sure to get proof of postage from the drop-off location. If your prepaid label is missing, contact us and we'll happily provide a replacement.

What if I'm late returning my item?
If an item is returned after the due date, we reserve the right to charge €30 per day to the card on file. Timely returns are important, as delays can affect the next customer's rental.
